Terms of Service
Last updated 16 September 2026
These terms govern your use of SharpBooster. By creating an account or placing an order you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.
1. What we provide
SharpBooster is a reseller. We provide two things: social media engagement services (followers, likes, views and similar), and virtual phone numbers used to receive one-time verification codes.
Both are fulfilled by third-party suppliers, not by us directly. We are responsible for charging you correctly, passing your order on, and refunding you when it is not delivered. We do not control how a supplier delivers, how quickly, or whether a social media platform later reverses it.
2. Eligibility and your account
You must be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for everything done through your account and for keeping your password secure. Tell us immediately at support@sharpbooster.com if you believe someone else has access to it.
One person or business, one account. Accounts may not be sold or transferred.
3. Your wallet
The service is prepaid. You fund a naira wallet and orders are charged against that balance. We do not extend credit and orders are never placed against a balance you do not have.
Wallet funds are a balance held for paying for services on SharpBooster. They are not a deposit, they earn no interest, and they cannot be transferred to another account or sent to a third party.
Withdrawals. Unspent funds can be returned to the bank account or card they came from, on request to support, subject to identity checks and to any fees the payment provider charges for the reversal. We may refuse a withdrawal where we reasonably suspect fraud or where it would breach anti-money-laundering obligations.
4. Payments
Deposits are processed by Korapay. We never see or store your full card number. A deposit is credited only when Korapay confirms it to us directly — a browser returning to our site after checkout does not by itself credit anything.
If a payment is confirmed for an amount different from the one you started, we hold it and contact you rather than crediting a figure neither side agreed.
5. Prices
Prices are shown in naira and are calculated from our supplier's cost, the prevailing dollar rate and our margin. They can change at any time, including between the moment you view a service and the moment you order it. The price shown on the order screen at the point you confirm is the price you pay.
Social media services are priced per 1,000 units. Virtual numbers are priced per activation.
6. Social media orders
You must provide a correct, public link. Orders placed against a private, misspelled or deleted account or post cannot be delivered and cannot be refunded once the supplier has accepted them, because the supplier charges us either way.
Do not change your username, set your account to private, or delete the post while an order is in progress.
Partial delivery. If a supplier delivers less than you ordered, you are refunded for the undelivered portion, at the rate you paid, to your wallet. This happens automatically.
Drops. Social media platforms remove engagement at their own discretion. Where a service is marked as offering refill, you may request one within the stated period. Where it is not, a drop is not refundable.
We give no guarantee of delivery speed, of a specific outcome, or that engagement will remain. We do not guarantee that using these services complies with the terms of the platform you are targeting — that is your responsibility, and platforms may restrict or remove accounts for it.
7. Virtual numbers
A virtual number is rented for a single verification, for a window of approximately 20 minutes. It is shared infrastructure: you do not own it, you cannot keep it, and it will be reused by others afterwards.
If no code arrives within the window, the activation is cancelled and the full amount is returned to your wallet automatically. You may also cancel before the window ends for the same automatic refund.
Once a code has been delivered to you, the activation is complete and is not refundable — including if the code arrives too late for you to use it, or if the service you were registering for rejects the number.
We cannot guarantee that any particular service will accept any particular number. Many platforms block virtual numbers.
We do not offer long-term number rental, and you must not use a number to receive anything other than the verification code for the service you selected.
8. Refunds
Refunds go to your SharpBooster wallet, not back to your card, and are automatic where:
- a supplier refuses or fails an order;
- a social media order is delivered only in part;
- a virtual number receives no code within its window, or you cancel it in time.
We do not refund orders that were delivered as described, orders placed against an incorrect link, or dissatisfaction with the quality of engagement a third-party platform chose to keep or remove.
9. Acceptable use
You must not use SharpBooster to:
- impersonate another person, business or public body;
- promote content that is unlawful in Nigeria, including fraud, child sexual abuse material, terrorism, or the sale of controlled substances or weapons;
- create accounts for fraud, scams, romance fraud, phishing, or evading a ban or suspension;
- harass, defame or incite violence against anyone;
- interfere with elections or public health information, or manipulate markets or securities;
- resell access in a way that hides that these are third-party services.
We may suspend or close an account, refuse an order, and report activity to the authorities where we reasonably believe this clause has been breached. Where an account is closed for breach, we will return any unspent wallet balance unless we are legally prevented from doing so.
10. Availability
We may pause new orders and deposits at any time — for example during a supplier outage or a pricing fault. When we do, your balance, your existing orders and your refunds are unaffected, and you can still sign in and see everything.
We do not promise uninterrupted service and we do not offer an uptime guarantee.
11. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Subject to that, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the order the claim relates to. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost profit or goodwill, or for any action a social media platform takes against your account.
12. Changes
We may change these terms. Material changes will be notified by email or on the site before they take effect. Continuing to use SharpBooster after that means you accept them.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and the courts of Nigeria have exclusive jurisdiction.
